Mallorca: What to Pack?

Think Mediterranean!

The island of Mallorca, located in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoys a temperate climate year round with hot summers (with spikes over 40°C), chill but not excessively cold winter (almost never under 0°C) , and anything in between during the mid-seasons.

Knowing in which period you’re visiting is crucial for packing your luggage, although don’t worry too much in case you’ll forget something: in Palma there are countless malls offering plenty of choices, where you can buy everything you need for cheap.

In the following packing list, I go through what you should think of bringing to the magic Mallorca, in summer, mid-seasons and, for the VERY few ones that think about visiting in the colder months, also winter

The best season to visit the island to enjoy the sea is May-September; while Feb-Mar-Apr and Oct-Nov being good months for hiking and sports. Note that in winter most restaurants, shops and activities will be closed as over 80% of enterprises’s work is related to seasonal tourism.

Let’s go with the Packing List!
