Living Ocean Tunnel

The most popular interactive experiences at Aquaria KLCC include touch pool and feeding sessions.

The touch pool area allows visitors to feel the marine life closely by touching some small marine creatures, mainly starfish.

Similarly, Malaysian visitors have to pay a lesser amount for the tickets than non-Malaysians.

Visitor Tips & Facilities 

• Buy tickets online to save time and skip queues. 

• The aquarium is stroller- and wheelchair-friendly. 

• Feeding times for sharks and otters are usually between 10:45 AM and 3:00 PM. 

• Photography is allowed, but flash is prohibited. 

• Lockers and souvenir shops are available near the exit area. 

Best Time to Visit 

Aquaria KLCC is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with last admission at 7:00 PM.

Weekday mornings are ideal for a relaxed experience, while weekends and public holidays can get crowded and full of children (arghhhh!).

For the best experience, plan your visit during feeding times or in the late afternoon to catch both natural and artificial light effects inside the tunnel. 

Rules And Guidelines At Aquaria KLCC

Visitors are required to follow specific rules and guidelines throughout the aquarium to get an enjoyable experience:

• Flash photography is not allowed because the light rays can disturb the marine animals.

• Nobody is allowed to touch any animals except those allowed in the touch pool.

• Outside food is not allowed, and even eating is not allowed in the exhibited areas.

• People have to show respect and manners during their visits, as staff are trained to observe visitors’ behavior during their visits.
